Question 1

Are you a paid ads agency for cycling brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid advertising for the cycling trade is where Objective 1 started. We run Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, TikTok and marketplace campaigns for bike manufacturers, distributors and retailers, and report on revenue rather than clicks. Specialized UK has worked with us since 2012.

Question 2

What does performance marketing for sports and outdoor e-commerce include?

Accepted Answer

Paid search and Shopping, paid social on Meta and TikTok, product feeds, SEO and AI search visibility, Klaviyo email and CRM, and the analytics that ties ad spend to revenue. We plan around the riding and outdoor seasons and around big, fast-changing catalogues. Because we also build e-commerce platforms, we can fix the site when it's what's holding conversion back.

Question 3

Do you only work with cycling brands?

Accepted Answer

No. Cycling and outdoor is where we have the deepest roots, but we work with e-commerce and sports brands of all kinds. The common thread is a brand that sells online and wants marketing and technology pulling in the same direction.

Question 4

Can you take on just the marketing, or just the software?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of clients start with one. The advantage of working with us is that when the ads need a faster landing page or a cleaner product feed, we can build it rather than raise a ticket with someone else.

Question 5

How does Push.Bike fit in?

Accepted Answer

Push.Bike is our e-commerce platform for bike shops. We built it, we run it, and we market the shops that use it. If you're a cycling retailer it may be the fastest route; if not, we build on the platform that suits you.

Question 6

Do you offer guarantees?

Accepted Answer

Nobody can honestly guarantee return on ad spend, so we don't. What we commit to is a clear plan, transparent reporting and a team that answers the phone.

Question 7

What support do retained clients get?

Accepted Answer

Our technical support line is open 9am to 6pm, with 24-hour mobile contact for all retained customers.
